Just this side of heaven! This perfect beachhome is well-designed, well-built, well-maintained, well-decorated, well-what-are-you-waiting-for? If you see any oceanfront home in Charleston, you must see this one on desirable Ocean Blvd. Home was built as a primary residence, but is currently on a vacation rental program ($180,000+ in gross rental income in 2008 and 2009, repeat rentals brought $200,000 in 2010) should you wish to continue rentals. This home has the best views of any home on Ocean Blvd due to two vacant lots to the west (adjacent lot owner says no plans to build anytime soon) and since the home to the east is situated well back from the maximum building line, allowing more expansive views for you! The upstairs oceanfront master bedroom is enormous with bay window seating and private oceanfront deck, plus access to an upstairs oceanfront covered porch shared with two other rooms. The ocean-view master bathroom has a separate room for the jetted tub and shower with curved glass. The dressing room has two sinks and the huge closet could easily be partitioned for an "owners' closet" if desired. All bathrooms have corian counters or pedestal sinks. All closets have custom wood shelving. The ultimate new (2008) pool has an integral "South Beach-worthy" hot tub/spa that can accomodate a crowd.
