Carnes Crossroads, is located 20 miles North of Charleston – at the intersection of 17-Alternate and Highway 176 in Goose Creek, SC. This area will be the site of Carnes Township, a Master Planned Community being developed by Daniel Island Company.
The site, 2000+ acres in size, will be a mixed use community with space designed for businesses, office, medical facilities, shops and restaurants. The community is being designed to incorporate many of the same details and amenities found on Daniel Island.
Roper St.Francis Healthcare has purchased 66 acres and plans to build a medical facility with the community. Plans for residential housing include single family detached homes as well as multi-family condo/townhome developments.
