 Carillon is small 55+ adult community located within The Ponds. Per the Covenants & Restriction 20% of the residents within Carillon may be under the age of 55 however no one under the age of 21 years may reside full-time in the community.

This gated section of the Ponds offers  56 homes and residents may enjoy all the amenities offered in The Ponds. From the Saltwater Pool, Outdoor Amphitheater ( site of outdoor concerts/events), 20+ miles of nature trails, playground for the Grand-kids and more. 

Annual total dues of $975 are split between the Carillon HomeOwners Association and The Ponds Community Association. There are also one time transfer fees of $950 and $375 that must be paid at time of closing to both entities.
